The meanings of terms used in this document are explained below:

• "Platform" refers to the bk8 website, mobile application, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to a person who has created an account on bk8 and is using its services.
• "Account" refers to the personal user identity and balance created through registration.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional rewards granted by bk8, which may be used subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering" or "Betting Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Deposit" refers to adding funds to a user's account.
• "Withdrawal" refers to taking funds out of an account.

2.1 Age and Eligibility

To register on bk8, a user must be 21 years of age or older. The correct date of birth must be provided at the time of account creation. Identity documents or other proof may be requested for age verification.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same identity, mobile number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, they will be suspended or closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, email, and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. bk8 reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time.

2.4 Account Security

Each user is responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Allowing others to access your account is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bk8 is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the user's own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and that method must be registered in the user's own name.

3.3 Verification

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is complete. This process is in place to protect users.

3.4 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious, bk8 reserves the right to investigate it and may cancel or suspend that transaction if necessary.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, a ৳1,000 bonus is added bringing the balance to ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

Each bonus offer has its own terms, and the bonus will be revoked if those terms are not met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.

4.3 Other Promotions

bk8 regularly provides various promotional offers, including weekly reload bonuses, slot bonuses, cricket betting bonuses, and referral rewards. Separate terms apply to each offer, and any bonus that reaches its expiry date will be cancelled.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus systems are exploited dishonestly — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or deliberately avoiding wagering requirements — the bonuses on that account will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.1 Setting Personal Limits

Users may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits. Contact the support team to use these features.

5.2 Self-Exclusion

If a user feels that gaming is causing problems in their life, they may request a temporary or permanent suspension of their account. This request must be submitted to the support team.

5.3 Protection of Minors

Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any service. Accounts that refuse age verification will be suspended.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in penalties:

• Using bots or automated software to play games.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical fault occurs during a game, bk8 reserves the right to cancel that round. In such cases, the user's staked funds will be refunded.

6.3 Service Interruptions

8.2 Closure by the User

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
